Elavon Names Marianne Johnson Executive Vice President and Global Head of Product and Innovation
ATLANTA – June 24, 2011 – Elavon, a leading global payments provider and wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB), has named Marianne Johnson as executive vice president and global head of product and innovation. Mrs. Johnson joins the executive leadership team in the company’s Atlanta-based corporate headquarters, and brings over 23-years of fnancial industry experience to her position at Elavon.
Prior to joining Elavon Mrs. Johnson served as senior vice president of U.S. growth and operations for Equifax where she held multiple leadership positions over the course of her 15-year tenure and was a key contributor to the company’s growth. She most recently was responsible for delivering new product innovation that resulted in significant revenue growth and the impetus for future innovations at Equifax.

Mrs. Johnson also has previous experience in the healthcare industry and remains an active member of the Hospital Financial Management Association (HFMA). In addition to her participation in HFMA, she is an active member of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and serves as a board member with Women in Technology (WIT), the organization that named her 2008 Woman of the Year in the Enterprise Category. Marianne was also recently honored as a Turknett Leadership Character Award Nominee and is an Ambassador the United Way, a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and sponsor and pilgrim for “Food for the Poor.”
