The American Transaction Processors Coalition (ATPC) has recently revised its executive committee and board roles. Deluxe President & CEO Barry McCarthy will serve as Chairman of the Board of the ATPC; Dave Schneider, President of PULSE Network, a Discover Financial Services company, will serve as vice chair; Crista Dracos, SVP and Head of Enterprise Risk & Compliance at ACI Worldwide will serve as governance director; and Seamus Smith, EVP Group President, FIS will serve as treasurer.
