Where were you born?
I was born and raised in a small country town on the North shore of Lake Ponchatrain in LaCombe, Louisiana.

What were you interested in while in while in grammar school? N/A

Were you interested in sports?
I enjoyed track, softball and cheerleading growing up. I still enjoy running today.

Do you come from a big or small family?
My parents, younger brother & sister and I made up a traditional family of five. My mother, a twin, came from a large family of seven. Fortunately my grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins lived nearby so I grew up in a tight-knit family. 

What did you like about high school/college? 
I enjoyed interacting with my peers the most. I have always been a social person and I cherish the life-long friendships I gained during those years. 

Tell about early career – wins and/or lessons learned.
My first job was bookkeeping for my father’s family business, where I quickly learned to adopt his strong work ethic. I was an assistant at an orthodontics office during high school and began my career in staffing in 1993. 

What brought you to Atlanta?
My employer at the time presented me the opportunity to move to Atlanta.  Who in their early 20’s would not want to move to “Hotlanta”?!

What do you believe has been the “secret” to getting to where you are today? 
Drive, determination and a rock solid work ethic are my ‘secrets’. I believe that building relationships and a strong belief in operating with high integrity and ethical commitment is key to being successful.

What do you like about where you are now?
The people! I work with a talented team who is passionate, motivated and determined to achieve their goals. The opportunity to leverage my 20 + years’ experience in IT Staffing to transform a startup into a solid foundation for scalable growth inspires me every day.

3P is candidate centric with an extreme focus on high touch and high quality.  These are areas that are sorely lacking in the IT staffing industry today.
