DeltaX to Establish North American HQ in Walton County

Governor Kemp announced that DeltaX, a global provider of advanced battery energy storage solutions (BESS), will create approximately 250 new jobs and invest $141 million to establish its North American manufacturing headquarters in Walton County.

“The decision by DeltaX to locate its headquarters here and further grow Georgia's energy sector is another testament to our position at the forefront of innovation and emerging technology,” said Governor Brian P. Kemp. “Projects like this are possible because of our cutting-edge research universities, world-class workforce training, and reliable energy infrastructure, and I look forward to the opportunities it will bring to the people of Walton County."

Headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, DeltaX develops advanced Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), intelligent Battery Management Systems (BMS), and AI-powered energy management technologies. The company provides integrated energy storage solutions for utility-scale projects, renewable energy integration, AI data centers, commercial and industrial applications, and OEM customers worldwide. The new DeltaX manufacturing facility will be located at the Piedmont Regional Industrial Park in Monroe, Georgia. The company plans to develop a comprehensive manufacturing campus on approximately 25 acres of the site. The first phase will include a 100,000-square-foot battery energy storage system assembly facility, followed by additional manufacturing facilities dedicated to key component production. A separate North American corporate office building is also planned to create an integrated campus that will support continued innovation, manufacturing excellence, and future expansion throughout the region.
